Pool and spa · St. Augustine and Ponte Vedra

Pools built, renovated and looked after by a certified pool contractor.

A demo pool company. The name, number and license on this page are stand-ins, to show how a real pool business's own site would read.

Our pools

On a real site, each picture is a pool the company built, renovated or looks after, labeled with the job.

What happens at every weekly visit

The same list every week, in the same order. Afternoon storms and spring pollen throw pool water off fastest, so the chemistry is tested at every visit, not guessed.

  1. Skim

Leaves, pollen and bugs skimmed off the surface.

  2. Brush

Walls, steps and the waterline tile brushed down.

  3. Vacuum

The floor vacuumed of whatever has settled.

  4. Empty the baskets

Skimmer and pump baskets emptied so the water keeps moving.

  5. Test and balance

Chlorine, pH and alkalinity tested, and chemicals added to bring them back in range.

  6. Check the equipment

Pump, filter pressure and heater looked over, and anything that needs attention reported.

Who you're dealing with

A contractor's license, not just a cleaning route

A Florida Certified Pool/Spa Contractor license covers building and repair, not only cleaning. The number is on every page.

One company for the whole pool

The crew that cleans it is backed by the contractor who can fix it, so nothing is handed off.

A report after every visit

What was done, what the water read and anything that needs attention, sent the same day.
