Whichever you are, the domain is registered in your name.

Licensed trades
HVAC, plumbing, roofing and pool contractors, and licensed movers. Your customer has a problem at the house and is deciding who to call, so the site is built around the phone number, what each job includes, the towns you cover and your license number.
Barber, salon and skin-care studios
Your customer is choosing a person, not a repair. The site is built around your work, your menu and prices, the room, and a Book button that opens the booking app you already use — Vagaro, Square, Booksy, GlossGenius or Fresha. The site never takes the booking itself, so your calendar stays in one place.
Property managers
Vacation, 30-day furnished and long-term rentals. Two people use your site: a guest choosing a home for a night, a month or a year, and an owner deciding who should run theirs. The site shows your homes for each kind of stay, sends guests to the booking site you already use — Airbnb, Vrbo, or your own Guesty, Hostaway or OwnerRez page — and asks owners to lease you their home or have you run it.

Your homes by the night, the month or the year, a page for companies and insurers housing their people, and an owners page that asks for the next home: five pages, in a look made for your homes. It's for hosts on OwnerRez, Hostaway, Guesty, Lodgify or similar booking software, and putting that software's search and Book buttons on your site is included.

Month to month, with no first term. On $0 down, the build is $89 a month on top of the care plan for the first 12 months, and the site is yours once those 12 payments are made. Paid once, the build is half to start and half at launch, the site is yours from launch day, and the care plan is optional.
- Example: 3 homes on $0 down is $69 + $89 = $158 a month for the first 12 months, then $69 a month. With the build paid once, it's $995, then $69 a month.
- Paid yearly, the care plan is ten months' price: $490 a year, plus $100 a year for each home after the first.
- Up to 2 changes a month are included, and each change past those is $25. Adding a new home counts as one; after that, each new home is $50. A change to a finished rental kit, like a new Wi-Fi password, counts as one too.

No booking software? The rentals site with booking.
Everything in the rentals site, plus a booking page: guests pick dates from your site, book with Instant Book or after you approve their request, and pay on Stripe's checkout straight into your own Stripe account. No booking commission.
The same $995 build ($795 for the first 5 clients), or $89 a month for 12 months on $0 down ($69 for the first 5), plus $195 for the done-for-you booking setup ($17 a month for the first 12 months on $0 down). Then the care plan with booking: $59 a month with your first home, +$20 a month for each home after it, month to month. Paid yearly, it's ten months' price: $590 a year, plus $200 a year for each home after the first.
Example: one home on $0 down is $89 + $17 + $59 = $165 a month for the first 12 months, then $59 a month. With the build and the done-for-you booking setup paid once, it's $1,190, then $59 a month.
The done-for-you booking setup: Jacob sets up your rates, cleaning fee, minimum stay and tax lines, connects your Airbnb and Vrbo calendar sync, and runs a live test booking with you before you go live. It covers up to 3 homes; each home after that is $25.

The number Florida wants on every ad, on every page
If you are a contractor or a mover: Florida requires contractors to show their license number in advertising, and movers to show their Fla. Mover Reg. No. (the IM number) on every ad. A website is advertising. Every site we build puts the number in the header, the hero and the footer, so it is on every page without you having to think about it. Studios are different — barbers, cosmetologists and facial specialists are licensed by the state too, and what a studio site says about its licensing goes on the page only as the owner confirms it.

You own it, all of it
The domain, the logo, the photos and the words are yours. The domain is registered in your name from the start, not ours. On $0 down, the site is yours once the 12 payments toward the build are made; then you can stop the care plan any time and take the whole site with you: the design, the words, the photos and the domain. Leave before the 12th payment and you still take the domain, the logo, the photos and the words. To keep the site itself, pay the build payments still owed; if you don't, the site comes down and the build stays with us. Paid once, it's yours from launch day.

The build is $2,495 once, or $0 down at $219 a month for the first 12 months. The care plan is $129 a month, or $1,290 paid yearly. So $0 down is $348 a month for the first 12 months, then $129. Founding clients pay $1,995 once, or $169 a month toward the build.
What happens if I leave?+
Once the build is paid, the site is yours: on launch day if you paid once, or after the 12th payment on $0 down. From then on the care plan is month to month, so you can stop it any time and take the whole site with you: the design, the words, the photos and the domain, which was registered in your name to begin with. Leave on $0 down before the 12th payment and you still take your domain, your words and your photos. To keep the site itself, pay the build payments still owed; if you don't, the site comes down and the build stays with us.
Do I need to learn anything?+
No. There is nothing to learn or maintain. Send a change request and it is done within two business days, up to two a month.
Do you only build for contractors?+
No. The licensed trades came first — HVAC, plumbing, roofing, pool and movers — then barber, salon and skin-care studios, and now property managers who run vacation, monthly and long-term rentals. A studio site is built around your work, your menu and a Book button rather than an emergency phone call; a property manager's site is built around your homes and the owners you want next.
Can a property manager pay once and own the site?+
Yes. Your free sample comes first. Then the build is $995 ($795 for the first 5 clients), half to start and half at launch, and the site is yours from launch day. The care plan after that is optional: $49 a month with your first home included, +$10 a month for each home after that, month to month. Or start with $0 down: $89 a month toward the build for the first 12 months, on top of the care plan, and the site is yours once those payments are made. Your booking software's search and Book buttons are included either way.
Can people book appointments on the site?+
The Book button opens the booking app you already use — Vagaro, Square, Booksy, GlossGenius or Fresha. Your calendar, your deposits and your no-show rules stay where they are, and the site sends people straight into them. For a property manager it opens your booking site or the listing on Airbnb or Vrbo. The site does not take bookings or payments itself, except the rentals site with booking: guests book with Instant Book (check-ins 3 or more days out) or send a request you approve, and they pay on Stripe's checkout straight into your own Stripe account.
Do you run ads or guarantee rankings?+
No. Ad management and ranking guarantees are not offered, and neither are online stores or custom software. The plan is the site, the care, and the monthly report.
What is in the monthly report?+
