Furnished Finder hands you a page and a lead inbox. Nurses and relocation coordinators cross-check that page against the city Facebook groups before they ever message, and what they filter on is specific: monthly rent with utilities, distance to the hospital, parking, minimum stay. The just-listed card in the housing group, the pin somebody saves for a contract three months out, the welcome book on the counter — that is what turns a listing into a signed lease.

Questions landlords ask first
Do I need Canva Pro?+
No. The template links open in a free Canva account. A few layouts use fonts that Canva substitutes on the free plan, and the notes say which, but nothing is locked behind Pro.
Are these the same layouts you use yourselves?+
Yes. Every pack is built on one of the homes on our properties page and posted for that home first. If a layout doesn't earn its keep for us, it doesn't ship.
What if my property looks nothing like a Florida townhome?+
That is what the three looks are for. Silver Palm is clean cream and black, Canyon Lake is dark and Hill Country, Coco Plum is coastal. Start from the closest one; photos, colours, rates, and copy are all yours to change, so a cabin or a city condo reads just as well as a resort townhome.
Does it work for a long-term rental, or a listing for sale?+
For any residential listing, yes. The just-listed card, the rate promo, and the pin are structure plus your facts, so a twelve-month lease or an asking price reads as well as a nightly rate. The welcome book and need-to-know page are host pieces and won't mean much on a sale. Commercial layouts, floor plans, and per-square-foot rate sheets are not something we make.
How is this different from the welcome-book bundles on Etsy?+
Most of those are written for two-night Airbnb guests. This system is written for 30-plus-night stays and the things a travel nurse checks before signing: rent with utilities, hospital distance, landlord verification, parking, lease terms. It is what we post for our own homes, with our own rent on it.
Can my co-host or team use it?+
One purchase covers one landlord operation, however many units it runs. If you manage for several owners and want a team plan, email and we'll sort it out.
What if a file doesn't work?+
