Information submitted through this site's property qualification form — including contact details and property information — is used solely to evaluate and follow up on your submission. It is not sold or shared with third parties. If you book one of our homes directly, we keep what you enter on the booking form (your name, email, phone, message, dates, guests and pets) and the agreement you sign, with the time you signed and your IP address, to run your stay and keep the tax and legal records the law requires. Payments go through Stripe, on our own Stripe account: we never see or store your full card or bank account number, and nothing is charged without you paying it yourself. We also measure how the site is used, through Vercel Analytics, which sets no cookies, and Google Analytics, which sets cookies to recognize a repeat visit. That measurement covers page traffic and link clicks only, and is kept separate from anything you submit through the form.
